Dr. Cole’s three-volume RAND report, POW/MIA Issues (1994), was purchased by thousands of individuals, research institutions and university libraries.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Dr. Cole received a PhD from the Johns Hopkins Paul Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, MSFS from the Georgetown University Edmund A.
