Through a mixture of fable and reality, the book tells us the different stages that one goes through; as well as giving us clues and some tools to overcome it, and to help family and friends understand how to accompany people who suffer from it.

Marc Ricou Fustagueras (Barcelona, June 23, 1978) is passionate about people and the interactions between them. After more than 18 years in the world of multinationals, together with his wife, Sandra Payà Lobo, he has created IAMERS SL, a company that aims to change the world by changing how we treat people and the planet. After surviving an anxiety attack caused by work stress, his life changed and he made it a point to help others in any way he could, making of that his day job. He hopes A Prison With No Bars will be the first book of many.
