<P>PATRICK LIN, PhD, is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Philosophy at California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, and has academic appointments at Dartmouth College and Western Michigan University. Both editors are also co-founders of The Nanoethics Group.</P>
