<p>Dr. Chandrashekara C V is currently working as Professor and Associate Dean (Research) and Lead (Design Domain) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, PES University, Bengaluru. He obtained his B.Tech. and M.Tech. from Sri Jaya Chamarajendra College of Engineering (SJCE), University of Mysore. He received his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IITD), New Delhi. He served as Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering for 16 years at JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida, UP. He also played a very important key role in Upper Krishna Project (UKP) in developing a unique and innovative software for Government of Karnataka, to take care of the effective disbursement of monitory benefits to the rehabilitees scientifically. He has published more than 50 papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals and international conferences. He is also serving as Executive Member of ISME. He served as Reviewer for many international journals and conferences. His area of interest is structural vibrations, modal analysis, dynamics of bio-medical engineering and computational vibration analysis.</p>
<p>Dr. N. Rajesh Mathivanan received Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from PES Institute of Technology, Bangalore University, and master’s degree from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, Visveswaraya Technological University. He received his Ph.D. degree from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Tiruchirappalli, during 2011 in the area of impact characteristics of composite laminates. He started his career as graduate engineer trainee at Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML). He joined PESIT as Lecturer during 2000 and presently holding a position as Professor and Chairperson in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, PES University. He is Domain Head of Advanced Composite Research Centre (ACRC) at PES University. He also had held the position of Dean Academics for a period of one year at Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida, UP. He is Faculty Advisor of Team HAYA, the racing car team of PES, and he is also Faculty Integrator of PACE activities. He has led the PACE team to University of Sao Paulo, Brazil, and University of Cincinnati, USA. His research interests include product development, impact characterization, and machining effects on composite laminates. Dr. Rajesh has published more than 55 plus papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals and international conferences. He has also reviewed many papers for reputed journals and been on doctoral committee for Ph.D. candidates of various Universities.</p>
<p>Dr. Hariharan obtained Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras and is presently serving as Associate Professor in the Mechanical department of IIT Madras. Prior to this he had worked as Assistant Professor in IIT Delhi between 2015 and 16. His broader interests lay in metal forming, plasticity, and mechanical behavior of materials for manufacturing processes. He has around 100 publications appearing as book chapters, international journals, and international conference papers. He has graduated 3 Ph.D. scholars and is currently supervising around 10 Ph.D. scholars.</p>
<p>Dr. Jyothi Prakash K H is working in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, PES University, Bengaluru, as Assistant Professor. He received his Ph.D. from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum. He did his Master of Engineering (Thermal Science and Engineering) at University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE), Bengaluru. He has around 5 international journal publications and 7 international conference publications. His area of research includes thermal management, turbomachinery, thermodynamics, cooling of electronics, batteries and solar panels, cold plate heat exchangers, heat transfer and fluid flow in energy systems, finite element method for heat exchangers, and CFD.</p>
