<div><b>Ayse Kucuk Yilmaz</b> (Ph.D.&nbsp;Anadolu University) is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics. (Previously a part of Anadolu University, The Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics became a part of the newly established Eskisehir Technical University by Law no. 7141 that was published in&nbsp;the Official Gazette dated May 18, 2018, and numbered 30425).</div><div><br></div>Dr. Kukuk Yilmaz’s areas of expertise are management & strategy. Her research interests include enterprise risk management, sustainability risk management, aviation management, international business, multi criteria problem solving, decision-making, ergonomics, quality and strategic management.<div><br></div><div>Dr. Kukuk Yilmaz is the Airport Business Manager of Hasan Polatkan Airport since Feb, 2015. She is also Vice Dean responsible for operational departments such as Airport,ATC, ATO and AMC. She has authored 11 books, 5 book chapters and has published numerous academic journal articles in both SCI and ESCI indexed journals. She serves as editor in peer-reviewed international journals.&nbsp; She is also a licensed aircraft maintenance technician.</div><div><b><br></b></div><div><b>Triant G. Flouris</b> (Ph.D. University of South Carolina) has been the Provost at Hellenic American University since 2010. He has served in various faculty and administrative positions (graduate program director, department chair, as well as research institute director) in universities in New Zealand, the US and Canada and has extensive experience in strategic planning and higher education administration. He is the author of eight books, over two hundred refereed journal articles, book chapters, scholarly articles, and public reports. He is a certified professional pilot and flight instructor and holds concurrent appointments as a research associate at the Mineta TransportationInstitute, San Jose State University, California, as well as an instructor for the International Air Transport Association. His research interests include project management, sustainability risk management, aviation management, international aviation policy, and strategic management. He is a commercial pilot and certified flight and ground instructor with over 8,000 hours of total flight time.</div><div><br><br></div>
